The Taleo Adapt was designed for active users who navigate varied indoor and outdoor environments and place a high value on effortless walking wherever life takes them.
Its hydraulic ankle unit allows the foot to adapt to uneven terrain and slopes for greater flexibility and comfort.

Designed for optimal outcomes:

• Hydraulic ankle allows up to 2 degrees dorsiflexion and 10 degrees plantarflexion for a total range of 12 degrees.
  • Considering the hydraulic unit plus the carbon base the total ROM is:
    • Firm Heel Wedge – 16.5° degrees PF + 8.5° DF = 25° Total ROM
    • Soft Heel Wedge – 18° degrees PF + 8.5° DF = 26.5° Total
• The dorsiflexion and plantarflexion adjustment valves allow resistance to be optimized to the individual user needs.
• Dorsiflexed position during swing phase for improved toe clearance.
• Three different angle indicator lines show the location of the hydraulic ankle joint (PF, neutral position, DF). These provide the technician with an orientation aid and enable a functionally correct alignment.
• Three different heel wedge options can be used to customize the impact stress at heel strike and the gait dynamics.
• Openings in the sole of the footshell prevent water from collecting in the prosthesis.
• Waterproof, protected against fresh, salt and chlorinated water
