The Length Adjustable Tube Adapter is available in 3 versions:

  • Short tube clamp adapter only (no pylon included) For 30 mm diameter pylons
• 2R45=34
  
  • Long tube clamp adapter, 2R56=230 tube with grid, 2R56=300 tube with grid. For 34 mm diameter pylons
• 2R45
  
  • Tube clamp and pylon with grid. For 30 mm pylons.

The Length Adjustable Tube Adapter facilitates the correct static alignment of lower limb prostheses during the trial fitting. Reproducible adjustments make it possible to optimize gait during the trial walking. The length adjustable tube adapter is mounted between the prosthetic foot and the knee joint. Tube lengths are adapted for use between the prosthetic foot and the knee joint. The total length of the tube adapter can be adjusted with a tube clamp. The outer and inner rotation of the foot is also adjustable.

Adjustable tube adpaters are to be used exclusively for the initial fitting or interim prostheses, testing purposes and trial fitting of lower limb prostheses. They are used as an adjusting element for alignment optimization and must be disassembled before completion of the definitive prosthesis.
