Overview

The Kenevo is the world’s first and only microprocessor knee designed specifically for users with mobility limitations who need a high level of stability. Its state-of-the-art technology allows users to feel safer and more independent than ever before. With features such as supported sitting down and standing up, Stumble Recovery Plus, Intuitive stance, and the wheelchair function, the Kenevo brings the security of an MPK to those who need it most.

For Users:

NEW! IP54 Rating. Kenevo is water resistant and protected from dust and splashes of water. Mechanical components are not corrosion resistant.
Three activity mode options that are set by the clinician for mobility progression or regression with varying levels of stance support
Safe standing in a variety of everyday situations
Improved patient-reported toe clearance
Intuitive stance function for quick and stable standing support
Reliable stance release with or without walking aids
Additional support during descent on ramps/stairs
Stumble recovery Plus active throughout entire swing phase
Supported standing up and sitting down to help maintain balance
Wheelchair function facilitates maneuvering in a wheelchair
Intuitive cycling function for automatic stationary bike use
Donning function for safe donning while seated
Manual Locking function for additional stability and security as needed
Training feedback that provides acoustic signals when certain movement patterns are achieved (e.g. stance release, stance phase flexion, prosthesis loading, and more)
Inductive charging unit makes it easier for those with dexterity challenges
User-controlled adjustments and select function activation via the Cockpit App

NEW! Uniform pyramid/screw top with a 0° (zero degree) connection angle for streamlined fittings
Note: 4R47=5.0 and 4R48=5.0 refit adapters available as needed for alignment transfer from previous Kenevo fittings with 5° (five degree) inclination.
